About NHIP

NHIPNew Hire Intelligence Platform

Connected hiring, end to end

NHIP is a focused hiring platform for permanent-placement agencies and a clearer, more controllable application experience for candidates.

It connects the private work of recruiting with the public places where jobs are discovered and candidates apply. The result is one accountable route from an approved brief to a recorded hire.

The current preview uses fictional organizations, roles, and candidates.

The problem

Hiring is one continuous decision. Its information rarely stays that way.

Agencies often have to stitch together a client record, job post, applicant tracker, candidate database, and reporting layer. Each handoff creates another place for status, consent, or context to drift.

One role · several partial records

  1. 01

    The job brief

Starts in a document, inbox, or client conversation.

  2. 02

    The public listing

Becomes another version on a career site or job board.

  3. 03

    The application

Arrives in a separate tracker with incomplete context.

  4. 04

    The candidate record

Gets copied again, often without a clear visibility boundary.

  5. 05

    The recommendation

Can end as a score with no inspectable path back to evidence.

NHIP exists to keep the route visible while preserving the underlying record.

Mission and vision

Our mission

Make permanent-placement hiring simpler to operate and easier to understand.

Keep the job, candidate, application, communication, evidence, and outcome connected so recruiters can act with context and candidates can see where they stand.

Our long-term vision

A trusted hiring network where useful context can move without control getting lost.

Agencies should be able to carry a role from brief to placement, candidates should be able to reuse data on their terms, and AI should improve clarity without replacing human judgment.

The connected platform

One platform. Four capabilities. One hiring record.

NHIP does not bolt intelligence onto a disconnected workflow. Its public surfaces, private operations, candidate controls, and match evidence are designed around the same underlying route.

NHIP connected system

Shared context · permission-aware access

01

Private operations

Agency ATS

Clients, roles, candidates, applications, interviews, offers, and placements remain connected in the working system of record.

The operational spine

02

Public discovery

Job board

An approved role can power an agency career page and NHIP Jobs while keeping its source, status, and application destination visible.

One approved job record

03

Consented reuse

Candidate network

Candidates can reuse reviewed profile information and separately choose whether verified agencies may discover them.

Applying is not blanket visibility

04

Decision support

AI hiring intelligence

NHIP turns approved job and candidate evidence into inspectable match components, including what is present, missing, or conflicting.

Who NHIP is for

Built around the people responsible for the outcome.

The initial product is intentionally focused on professional, permanent-placement recruiting rather than payroll, shifts, timesheets, benefits, or general HR administration.

Primary customer

Boutique permanent-placement agencies

Owners and recruiters managing multiple clients, professional roles, candidate relationships, and placement outcomes without needing a staffing back office.

Candidate experience

People applying and choosing to be discovered

Candidates who want a faster application, a reusable profile, visible status, and clear control over who can access their information.

Agency-led collaboration

Hiring clients receiving clearer context

Employers working with an agency benefit from consistent job requirements, authorized candidate submissions, and a traceable path to the outcome.

Core principles

Product choices that make trust visible.

These practical constraints shape how NHIP works from the start.

  1. 01

    Simplicity

Make the common path obvious: what needs attention, what changed, and what should happen next. Depth should not require clutter.

  2. 02

    Transparency

Show where a job came from, where an application goes, who can see a profile, and what changed in the hiring record.

  3. 03

    Explainable AI

Show evidence, sources, gaps, conflicts, and confidence. A match can support review; it must not become an invisible hiring decision.

  4. 04

    Candidate privacy

Keep application consent separate from network discoverability, start broader visibility off, and make privacy choices understandable.

  5. 05

    Better hiring outcomes

Optimize for sound briefs, timely review, consistent evaluation, and placement decisions people can understand.
